Report
Early this week will see a mix of sunny spells and snow showers through Tuesday, though the Gorms may see little more than flurries on Monday. Slightly milder conditions moving in on late Tuesday/early Wednesday so we can expect to see the FL rise to between 3000ft and the summits, before probably falling back during Thursday. A brief rise in temperature would be good news giving a snap thaw/freeze cycle to consolidate the recent accumulations in the West, which would really help set up the base for Easter weekend. Keep up the snow dances!!
A truly amazing day at Nevis Range on Saturday after heavy falls of light powdery snow late last week gave way to clearer skies and good sunny spells to give the day of the season so far!! Great conditions on and off-piste with all runs complete, a mix of powder, skier packed and machine packed powder.
Thanks to Steven McKenna for the Nevis Range photos. If you have been out please send your photos to pix@winterhighland.com .
