Report
These are a selection of photos from CairnGorm Mountain on Wednesday. Not presently sufficient snow for lift served snowsports, but there are larger areas of snow high up such as in the Marquis Well area.
Ptarmigan Bowl is broken and patchy, but the ground is frozen so it wouldn't take much snow to get things underway again.
The Traverse remains mostly complete so there is a base there and a patchy base remains in the burn course on the Cas, so there is something to build from. Snow is forecast, ground is frozen, fingers crossed.
Thanks to George Paton for the photos, please send us your photos to pix@winterhighland.com , cheers!
