Top of the Main Basin T-bar, looking out over a snowbound Rannoch Moor.
Going up the T-bar looking over the Main Basin. Great crunchy mid-winter snow on the pisted stuff, wind & skier packed powder off the groomers.
Etive Glades is in fine form, fresh windblown powder over a windpacked powder base.
Sun setting at the end of a cracking day, several days of good weather forecast - get up!

A fantastic day with much clearer overhead than the East to take advantage of the snow falls and drifting from earlier in the week. Overall the runs have gained a bit more than the snow fall suggests thanks to a bit more wind early in the week.
The best sport remains on the upper mountain where the Main Basin and Spring Run have a decent well consolidated base below the snow that fell since mid December. The mid-mountain is continuing to slowly fill in further and is improving, the Wall T-bar is now running (though is only suitable for advanced riders as it climbs a pretty steep red run). The Access Run is being done, but there's a fair bit of combat skiing involved though there is obviously snow at all levels.
Thanks to Daviemountaintroll and Shotto for the pix. There are more in the Public Reports.
