Beautiful day at Glencoe with light winds, flat calm away from the ridges much of the time with long sunny spells. Around -2°c at the top of the Cliffhanger mid-afternoon.
Dry squeaky snow giving great riding on the upper slopes, firm in parts but grippy snow. Top runs have good cover and decent depth. Firmer snow on the lower slopes, still loosening up a bit with pisting. Generally good cover with all runs open to the Top of the Access.
A few thin bits on Mugs Alley but these are easily negotiable and there is wide cover on the Plateau area, best riding is either side of the far out fence line skiers right of the Poma, groomed to several machine widths with a selection of kickers, 15ft gap jump and a table top.
In the Main Basin there is a larger kicker and the Rainbow Rail and C-box.
Canyon is much improved from a couple of weeks ago and there are a variety of lines under the Cliffhanger hording some looser snow.
Lots more photos including freestyle features in the
Public Reports.
