Around 60 skiers and boarders took to CairnGorm Mountain for lift powered snowsports for one last time to draw the 2010 season officially to a close on the Summer Solstice.
The Solstice has been and gone now, the countdown to winter 2011 has begun.
On the 'Gorm on Monday the air was absolutely still and despite being warmer the spring snow was even better than Sunday, crunchy and fast giving fantastic longer runs down the Ciste Mhearaidh and Ciste Gully.
A big thank you to CML for making this a memorable weekend to round up a truly classic Scottish Season. In a couple of days, the nights start drawing in....
