Looking up the Goose.

Going up the Summit Tow.

Looking down Goose Gully. Good cover to Tower 4, but narrow and broken below.

The Summit Tow.

View from the Top. Decent overhead but not the blue sky day that further East saw.

Report
Following the stormy weather and repeated and sometimes violent freeze/thaw cycling and heavy rain the snow is now very hard packed which means there is a good bombproof base on the Summit and Goose Gully, but means surface conditions are slick and icy away from the pisted areas. Best sport was on the Goose where the machines and most traffic were, but the ski traffic consisted off only a handful of people on Tuesday. Overhead conditions were decent, but generally overcast, winds were light and it remained cold through the day. Summit and Goose Tow from Tower 4 for snowsports with access via the Quad Chair.

Thanks to II for Tuesday's pix from Nevis Range and remember to check out the Public Reports for additional photos and information from around the areas.
