Wow!! Nevis Range was the place to be on Monday by the look of things as this small selection of photos show. With the bulk of the snow falling on winds from a Westerly quarter so far this season that means a lot of it's been landing in the Back Corries â€' the front of the mountain maybe offering some great riding on the upper slopes of the Summit and the Goose, but this is the best the Back has been this early in the season for a number of years. Disclaimer â€' we always advise you check out with Ski Patrol for the conditions/avalanche risk.
These photos are just a small selection from Ben's photos in the Public Reports section and from Chris H's pix in the forum and on the Nevis Site at www.nevisrange.co.uk . Please send your photos to pix2007@winterhighland.info .
