Report
Snowing steadily at Nevis Range until into the afternoon when things eased up. Excellent sport on the upper mountain with all the Summit and Goose runs in great shape with plenty of fresh overlying an extensive firm base. Surface conditions a mix of machine and skier packed powder, should be some fantastic riding to be had over the next few days as the weather becomes more settled in the west and staying cold.
Warrens also has good conditions, but the base is narrower so stick by the fences here, this are got quite wind scoured, which means the snow that was here is now helping edge the back closer, certainly the upper headwalls are loaded, which at the moment means to much of an avalanche risk.
