Glenshee had by far the best of the weather on Saturday, a clear and bright day with little wind until later in the afternoon when it started to pick up. Snow started firm, but softened in the milder temperatures to give spring like snow.
Generally good sport on offer on the open area which was the Cairnwell side, plus Sunnyside. Best cover is in Butchart's Coire and the Cairnwell Slalom for good skiers and riders.
Thanks to Neil Munro and 'lilpunk' for Saturdays photos from Glenshee. Please send your photos to pix2007@winterhighland.info and help keep the PixfromtheSlopes as up to date as possible.
