Glenshee saw the best of the weather on Friday with the cloud which plagued areas exposed to the North West wind lifting and breaking as it moved South over the Cairngorms, to give some good bright and sunny spells.
There's some decent snow to be found with a range of terrain on offer at Glenshee, but there are some thin/narrow areas to look out for, esp. when linking between runs and lifts. The Cairnwell Slalom, Butchart's Coire and parts of Carn Aosda are holding the best snow. Ample areas for novices around the lower road side lifts. On Saturday it's hoped to open some runs over the back of Sunnyside with the Clunny and Tom Dearg Pomas.
