Report
Some overnight snow showers gave a covering of fresh in the Top Basin with the best snow to be found on the Ptarmigan Run on Sunday, elsewhere little change from Saturday with another cracking day weather wise, plenty of sunny spells and fairly light winds on the whole. See Saturday's photos for more photos from the Top Basin.
Two excellent day's for the start of the season, and no need for the rock hoppers thanks to an already consolidated base – if even some of it comes through till the next snowfalls we'll be a step ahead of where we normally are this early on.
Uplift on Sunday was by the Funicular, Ciste and Ptarmigan Tows with skiing to the middle via the Traverse, Cas and Gunbarrel. Photos from Winterhighland.
