Report
These are a selection of photos from Wednesday and Thursday at Glencoe courtesy of Eagles (Ken). Check out the Public Reports for more photos and detailed conditions report from each day.
A colder day on Thursday meant the snow had refrozen overnight giving firm to hard conditions. Snow showers were setting in late afternoon and continued after dusk so there should be at least a light layer of fresh snow down for the morning.
The FL is forecast to fluctuate during Friday as a band of precipitation moves in, this should be snow on the tops at least , falling to lower levels later. Explore the mountain to find the best riding on Friday and it won't necessarily be in the same place all day. Lower slopes might loosen up for a time or there could be quite a bit of fresh snow on the upper mountain.
A decent weekend forecast with light to moderate winds, some further snow showers on Saturday morning but also some bright or sunny spells. Looks promising, but check the latest weather and reports.
