Report
After a week of stormy conditions and further large snow falls the wind dropped off and the Sun came out on Sunday.
Exceptional cover and snow depth across the mountain giving excellent ride anywhere skiing and boarding. Goose T-bar opened later on Sunday and kept running till 5pm.
While Nevis is more often thought of as a destination for advanced skiers and boarders, it is particularly good at present for novices through to intermediates who are looking for a variety of green and easy blue runs as the lower mountain is in simply fantastic shape and the Quad Chair can adsorb a lot of people. There are long winding green / blue runs cut between Rob Roy and Alpha that allow early intermediates to explore a wider area with spectacular views up the Great Glen.
