Since the frontal snow arrived late yesterday evening, it basically hasn't let up at Glencoe and the radar shows there having been around 8-10 inches of fresh snow since then.
It wasn't a day for taking photos, attempts to on the upper mountain lead to a pocket full of snow and a steamed up camera! The snow was sweet on the upper mountain, but the visibility wasn't it was non existent much of the time.
For that reason only the Main Basin and Happy Valley were open on the upper mountain, not that there is much to differentiate them. With the wind over the past week Happy Valley has caught a huge new accumulation of snow and the usually tall permeant marker poles are mostly buried now!
Fairly dry snow on the upper mountain, but sticker towards the Plateau. If the visibility improves a bit then Sunday could be pretty epic, but check the latest in the morning.
