The Lecht operated the Eagle, Grouse and Falcon Pomas, Snowy Owl Chairlift (intermittently due to wind) and the Robin and Bunting Magic Carpets for beginners. Other runs are filling slowly and light snow did fall much of Sunday and showers should continue intermixed with brighter interludes on New Years Day.
At dusk the plan was to run the same uplift as on Hogmanay, but please note first uplift will be 10am on New Years Day.
Cover remains quite thin so some worn patches were appearing on some heavier trafficked steeper pitches on the Grouse and Eagle. Best runs are the Snowy Owl (Blue) and Falcon North (Red) which retained something of a base from early December's snow.
Robin best of the beginner areas thanks to snow making last week.
