During Friday afternoon the last of the snow clouds cleared away to leave a completely still, cold crisp clear and frosty nightfall.

Hopefully Saturday will as forecast start the way Friday finished. All main runs are complete and there is excellent riding for all abilities from top to bottom. Surface conditions are mix of wind-blown and wind packed powder off-piste and skier / machine packed on piste. Slight softening lower down means a crust will re-form, but where pisted or with use this will quickly break down to packed powder conditions. Some harder areas on exposed fence runs on wind scoured aspects.
