Excellent riding on the open terrain with mostly good cover on what's open. Best sport for good skiers/boarders is on the Cairnwell Race Track area, for experts off the Chairlift on the Tiger and esp Thunder Bowl.
Piste crews were working all day on further out runs, the Meall Odhar run along with the Caenlochan Poma and Meall Odhar T-bar tracks have been prepared. Reports of Piste Bashers heading to Glas Maol. More snow is forecast and just a bit more would open everything. Fantastic start the 2008 season.
