Snow started firm esp lower down in the morning, but where pisted the machines broke up the crust to give excellent loose machine groomed snow. High up there was a mix of windblown fresh and firm grippy snow off-piste and machine packed powder on pisted areas of the Summit.
All runs are complete and most have a wide cover with an excellent and extensive base on the upper mountain and in the Back Corries. Coire Dubh and the Braveheart are being assessed daily and have been open when snow stability and conditions permit.
