Report
The Glenmore Gates was the end of the road for most on Friday as CairnGorm Mountain remained StormBound, however some staff did manage to get up on the big plough to start preparation and storm recovery work ahead of the weekend. Ploughs and Blowers were working on the Link Road.
Most main runs are complete and the Top Basin, Traverse, 105 and Coire Cas runs were pisted on Friday. Top to Daylodge Riding available on a mix of machine packed powder on pisted runs and wind blown/wind packed powder on other runs. Ciste Side will need assessed in the morning.
Thanks to Barry (Aviemore) for the photos. If you have been out please spare a few moments to email some photos to pix2008@winterhighland.info and help keep Pix from the Slopes up to date.
