Overnight snow cleared to a mixture of Sunny Spells and some quite beefy snow showers. Around 8inches / 20cm of fresh snow has fallen on the upper mountain over the past couple of days, so Meall a' Bhuiridh is in fantastic shape going into the Coe Cup weekend.

If your heading up this weekend there's great conditions across the mountain with good riding back to the top of the Access Chair. Indeed a combo of snow making on the lower section and snow farming on the mid section to further boost the cover on the Plateau Poma Run and track mean it was in the best shape of the season, prior to the last couple of days snow fall.

So there is plenty of options for all ability levels and if you can handle Mugs Alley it will be worth taking a trip out the track cut from Mugs Alley to the viewing area for the Coe Cup Freeride Competition below the towering bowl that makes up the Flypaper. As a World Freeride Tour qualifying event there's competitors coming from across Europe, last March people were chucking backflips off Buttress Rock!

If even the thought of that churns your stomach, then the Main Basin was the pick of the day on Friday, the Haggis Trap is fairly mellow but there's lots of options for avoiding it too.

All uplift scheduled so with the Top Button running there shouldn't be an issue with queues even with the Comp on.
