Report
After days of storm conditions on CairnGorm Mountain including virtually two full days of sustained Hurricane Force 12 South East winds on the Summit, there is exceptional depths on many of the runs, esp the natural snow fields and gullies.
CairnGorm got reopened on Tuesday after a mammoth digging out effort, particularly on the hill road and of the Funicular.
Excellent riding for all ability levels, with great riding back to the Daylodge and reportedly the Ciste Gully is complete to the Ciste Carpark. Some scouring on the Fairway, Sheiling area low down is less cold and has excellent riding for snowplough turners.
These are just a small selection of photos from H11lly and Altodd in the Public Reports.
