Report
A cold day a moderate wind, but brightened up with a bit of sun towards the end of the day. There is great sport for all ability levels across the mountain, with mostly excellent surface conditions.
The Main Runs all have good cover and the Cas Boulderfield is now seeing some action, as was the Daylodge Glades. However some of the best snow on Tuesday was the other side of the Daylodge, taking runs out to skiers right of the Poma above the Carpark. There is a shallow gully line here lower down that was largely untracked at the end of the day.
Blizzard conditions on the mountain on Wednesday with Southerly Gales which should be blowing loose snow off Plateau areas towards and into the snowsports area. Mountain StormBound Wed, so mountain will need to be assessed on Thursday morning - please check in the official updates in the morning from the hill.
Thanks to H11lly (Helen) for the photos. There are more in the Public Reports.
