Turns need earned now, but there's still some fun to be had on Meall a' Bhuiridh. The bulk of the Spring Run and Main Basin are still complete, indeed the snow is still flat through the Haggis Trap.
Today's mission was to recover the faulty weather station from the Summit to see what can be salvaged from it to improve the base AWS and get it back in a screen. Plans afoot for a new Summit AWS - watch this space.
If you want to get some summer turns in the Access Chairlift is open daily weather and wind permitting.
Mid Summer Slide: Saturday 22nd June to mark the Summer Solstice and the start of the journey to winter 2014. Cliffhanger Chair will be open for a short period in the morning to bring skiers close to the mid-summer snow line. Check reports and Facebook for details nearer the time.
Still a couple of rail features about which could be set up if people are willing to do some shovelling on the Saturday morning!
