Winds from the East during the week have continued to load snow onto the front of the mountain, with great surface conditions and good cover on the runs back to the Top of the Gondola and the base of the Quad Chair via Far West, Fairway and the Allt Sneachda which is riding like a natural half pipe.
Goose Gully has been loading up with windblown fresh, deepest in the burn gully. Sidewinder getting regular piste basher traffic meaning regular fresh packed powder corduroy turns.
Linnhe has a layer of windblown fresh snow on a machine made base giving good sliding for novices and easy access to the Alpha Tow for all. The traverses back and fore between the Alpha and Goose are absolutely loaded.
The East wind has been scouring the top of the entrances to Coire Dubh, things improve once into the Coire and the loose snow has been moving around so check with Patrol at the Summit Hut for the latest information on the conditions over the back.
